The tarpon migration has begun but the weather is providing a soggy start to the month of May here in Key West but as the weather improves the fishing will ensue. May holds bountiful fishing here in Key West with the opening of Grouper season.
I will be fishing tarpon, permit and bonefish on the flats in my backcountry fishing and flats fishing trips aboard my 24 Yellowfin bay boat. The offshore wreck and reef trips will be laoded with stories about grouper and snapper. Deep sea fishing out in the blue waters it will be the larger dorado, (dolphin fish) we will be pursuing on my 32ft Yellowfin.
